Personal data processing consent

Version of 1 August 2026. This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version of this document prevails and is the legally binding one. This consent is a standalone document, as required by Article 9(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and is given by ticking the checkbox “I consent to the processing of my personal data” when submitting a form on the website.

2. Statement of consent

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming that I am of legal capacity and at least 18 years old, I consent to the Operator processing my personal data on the terms set out below.

3. Personal data covered

name, as provided by me in the form;
contact phone number;
e-mail address;
details of the planned event: type, date, expected number of guests, preferred hall;
any other information I voluntarily provide in the comments field or in correspondence.

4. Purposes

reviewing my request and contacting me using the details provided;
preparing and sending a commercial proposal and agreeing the terms of the event;
concluding and performing a service contract;
responding to my questions and complaints.

5. Processing operations

Consent covers collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to parties engaged by the Operator under contract for the purposes above, blocking, erasure and destruction, with and without the use of automation.

6. Validity and withdrawal

The consent is valid for 1 year from the date of the request, or, where a contract is concluded, for 5 years from completion of its performance.

The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a free-form request to banket@fregat-blagodat.ru or in writing to 197046, г. Санкт-Петербург, Петровская набережная, д. 2. Processing will then cease and the data will be destroyed within 30 days.

7. Additional terms

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the website and that the data I provide is accurate and relates to me.

Consent to marketing communications is obtained separately and is not covered by this document.
