Version of 1 August 2026. This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version of this document prevails and is the legally binding one. These Terms of Use govern the use of the website https://fregat-blagodat.ru, owned by FREGAT BLAGODAT LLC (the Administration).

1. General

1.1. Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website.

1.2. The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally; a new version takes effect upon publication on the website.

2. Status of the information

2.1. Information about dishes, drinks, prices, halls and events is provided for information purposes and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2.2. Current prices and availability are confirmed at the restaurant at the time of ordering. The Administration may change the range and prices without prior notice.

2.3. Submitting a banquet request through the website does not constitute a contract and does not reserve a hall. Terms are agreed separately and the contract is concluded in writing.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. All content on the website, including texts, photographs, design elements, trademarks and logos, is the exclusive property of the Administration or is used by it on lawful grounds.

3.2. Use of website materials without the rightholder’s written consent is prohibited, except for citation with attribution and an active link to the website.

4. Visitor obligations

• provide accurate information when filling in forms;
• refrain from actions that impair the operation of the website, including automated data collection and unauthorised access attempts;
• refrain from submitting content that violates Russian law or third-party rights.

4.2. A visitor providing personal data of third parties must obtain their consent beforehand.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. The website is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for temporary unavailability for technical reasons.

5.2. The website may contain links to third-party resources. The Administration is not responsible for their content or for data processing on them.

6. Personal data

6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy available at https://fregat-blagodat.ru/docs/privacy.

7. Final provisions

7.1. These Terms are governed by Russian law. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the Administration’s location unless the law provides otherwise.
